April Fools’ Screening

This film screening event, brought to you by the team behind the incredibly successful 2 Days Later Short Film Competition, provides a rare opportunity for filmmaking and comedic talent to combine and set the big screen ablaze with the sound of laughter. The Theatre Royal will play host to the April Fools’ Screening where the competition entries will be shown to a public audience and judged by a panel of industry professionals including Brenda Blethyn and Jon Holmes. The short films will consist of sketches, stand-up and improvisation routines and will culminate with the 2 Days Laughter Awards presentations. Winning submissions will also receive global website exposure and international promotion to other film festivals and industry organisations.
