This line goes through to our main Box Office at Theatre Royal Margate. Lines are always manned between 10.30am and 12.30pm
Tuesday - Friday and on evenings when we have a show. When the line is not manned or the line is occupied you are now able to leave
your number and we will return your call. Tickets can be paid for by card over the phone or reserved for collection.

We are pleased to be using the Marlowe Theatre Canterbury as our ticket agent. Their phone lines are open Monday to Saturday between
10am and 7pm (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). Tickets can be paid for by credit or debit card, or they can be reserved for up to
three days while you send a cheque. There is no booking fee.

Tickets can be posted to you for a charge of 80p (postage and handling) or you can collect your tickets in person on the door of the
Theatre Royal after 5pm on the evening of the show.

Ticket agent bookings for each event will close at midday on the day of the show for evening shows and at close of business the day
before for matinées. Further tickets will be on sale on the day of the performance at the Theatre Royal Margate box office.

You can now book online for any Theatre Royal Margate shows, using our on-line booking link on the website -
www.theatreroyalmargate.com.

You will be directed to our ticket agents The New Marlowe Theatre.

In person

The ticket office at the Theatre Royal Margate on Addington St is open to book tickets in person between 10.30am and 12.30pm
from Tuesday to Friday. Tickets will be available on the door of Theatre Royal Margate, Addington Street between 5pm and the
end of the interval when there is an evening performance and from an hour before each matinee until the end of the performance.
You can book for any of the Theatre Royal’s shows when the Box Office is open. Payment is by cash, cheque, credit or debit card.

Access

The Theatre Royal Margate Stalls and Stalls Bar are accessible to wheelchair users and people with mobility difficulties. The Dress
Circle and Gallery are inaccessible. There is accommodation for seven wheelchair users per performance, subject to availability.
The theatre is also fitted with an induction loop and has disabled toilet facilities. Please let us know your requirements when
booking. Guide and hearing dogs are welcome, but please let us know when you are booking so that we can allocate appropriate
seats for you in the auditorium.

Group Bookings

Bookings for groups of 10 or more may be made by contacting Kiran Maini on our Group Bookings line: 01843 293397. Please
note that bookings are not secure until confirmed and that group bookings may also be made using the normal Box office lines.
Individual bookings may not be made on the Group Booking line.

All our front of house ushers are volunteers. Due to staffing levels we may sometimes be unable to offer seats in the circle or
